About the Founder

Dave Guarino is Founder and Managing Director of Immortality PR & Communications LLC.

Prior to launching the advisory firm in 2025, Dave spent over 25 years leading all aspects of communications for some of the world’s most influential and recognized brands.

As Vice President and Head of Global Communications at Wolters Kluwer, a $5.9 billion Dutch technology company, Dave modernized and unified the global communications function. Under his leadership, the company significantly elevated its global media visibility and enhanced its brand value through deeper levels of stakeholder engagement.

Before Wolters Kluwer, Dave built a 21-year career at S&P Global, the world’s leading provider of credit ratings, market indices, and investment analytics. He advanced quickly through key leadership roles, from leading communications for various businesses to being named Vice President & Head of External Communications in 2016, and ultimately Chief Communications Officer in 2018, where he led all enterprise communications.

Before joining S&P Global, Dave held various leadership roles at UBS and New York Life Insurance Company.

Dave spends his spare time mentoring the next generation of communicators, publishing thought leadership on Substack,  and taking his beagle for walks on the beach.
